Harmonize Wellbeing exists to support women in midlife as they navigate hormonal, metabolic, and life transitions with steadiness rather than force. This work helps women feel more grounded, capable, and at home in their bodies during this season of change.

Our approach blends hormonal and metabolic education, nervous-system-informed coaching, executive function support, Intuitive Eating principles, and powerlifting-informed strength education. Rather than quick fixes, we focus on realistic, whole-person support that respects capacity and real life.

Ways to Work Together

Client in Atlanta

My coach has a unique approach: she empowers you to do the work during sessions rather than just giving you the answers. She truly embodies the idea of “teaching you to fish, not just giving you the fish.”
She has a lot of insight, which is scary at times, because she gets to know you and truly understands who you are and who you want to become.

Dr. Chinwe is great. She comes up with points of view I haven't thought of. She is very patient and kind. She keeps me inspired to keep trying and growing.

Mindset Coaching Client

Chinwe made me feel very safe. My session with her was so very insightful. I had real breakthroughs!

"Chinwe is incredibly kind, patient, and grounding to work with. I appreciate how each session begins with breathing and calming practices, especially during seasons when work and life feel overwhelming.

Her guidance around medications, perimenopause resources, and sleep support has been so valuable. I felt truly listened to and supported while navigating some serious challenges this year.

Chinwe is a thoughtful, steady guide who helps you create a clear, realistic plan toward better health and wellbeing. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family."
