Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) & Midlife Mapping Session is a focused assessment reviewing history, patterns, stress response, hormones, sleep, metabolism, and lifestyle context. This session is designed to create clarity and decide together what level of support fits best.
Receive ongoing support through bi-weekly sessions, compassionate accountability, and practical guidance. We ensure you stay on track with achievable steps that prioritize your well-being.
One functional hormone or adrenal lab kit (e.g., ZRT or DUTCH) included in select programs and reviewed for pattern awareness, context, and provider conversations.
No diagnosis or treatment
Care is structured in clear containers. Pricing varies based on support level and testing. Payment plans are discussed together when appropriate.
