Start Here: Midlife Wellness Journey Two sessions: 45-min Find Your Footing + 60-min Review + self-guided roadmap Your labs may look “normal,” but you still don’t feel like yourself. Most midlife women don’t need more discipline. They need a clear place to begin. The Midlife Wellness Journey is a two-session roadmap experience for women who feel exhausted, foggy, overwhelmed, or out of sync and want to understand what may be happening in their body, nervous system, capacity, and daily life before choosing their next step. You’ll leave with a personalized 12-week self-guided wellness roadmap to help reduce overload, rebuild supportive rhythms, and move forward with more steadiness and self-trust. This is a developed plan, not guided implementation. You’ll have structure, direction, and realistic next steps, but you won’t be coached through the 12 weeks inside this offer. After booking, you’ll receive access to a secure client portal with a guided wellness intake. You may upload recent labs if you have them. Recent labs are welcome, but not required. What’s Included: 1. Find Your Footing Session | 45 minutes We sort through what feels off, including symptoms, goals, routines, stress patterns, sleep, energy, nourishment, movement, capacity, body cues, focus, motivation, and your current season. We may also discuss whether additional bloodwork or specialty wellness testing could provide useful insight before you choose your next step. 2. Wellness Roadmap Review Session | 60 minutes We bring the pieces together into your personalized written 12-week roadmap. Your roadmap may include nourishment, movement, sleep, stress recovery, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, supplement considerations when appropriate, motivation support, sustainable routines, and recommendations for additional support when helpful. When available, recent bloodwork may be reviewed using functional reference ranges for added precision as your personalized roadmap is created. Lab panels, specialty testing, supplements, and related costs are separate when selected. This is not medical care, therapy, a restrictive diet, or a one-size-fits-all hormone protocol. It is a guided roadmap process to help you stop guessing and move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust. Wellness coaching only. No diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or medication management. Medication or treatment changes should be discussed with your clinician.
